A few people have reported this over the years, where you might have to phone the NOW Broadband Team so they can turn off Broadband Buddy remotely on your account.
One forum member did try something like Incognito mode or a Private Window with success, if none of your browsers or internet devices work with regards to your online Broadband Buddy Settings.

Because many users mistaken the NOW box as a tag to use for the router.

if thats the case, no wonder they have issues using an app or website. As the acronym goes PEBKAC
