Now lost its DNS servers, the things that take in ‘xyz’ and translate it to ‘nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn’ a numeric address that the network can use. So your data goes up the still-working wire/fibre to Now, where they hit the computer equivalent of a brick wall…. 😢
