Red bull tv app not working

Red bull tv app there but when click on it just takes me back to the app screen.... won't seem to open regardless of what we do... have reensalled/done software update (7) and still won't load up... HELP?!

Hello,

apparently it's due to a version mismatch.. The Red bull app needs v7.2 (according to RB) of the box software whereas the current release is 7.0. You'd think that we would have the latest or close to ... However Given that this box is Roku based, 7.2 might need customising for NowTV. Also given the limiting proscriptive nature of the NowTV customisation, if an app is available it should work.
