If you've already set up your box but it's not letting you watch films have you already got a cinema pass? You can check by looking on your My Account > My Passes page

If your box came with a cinema pass then have you applied the code that came on a little scratchcard to your account yet? If not follow the steps in this help page (although you might want to start a free trial first and then apply the code afterwards)
