Box keeps skipping back once paused

As above, I noticed that if we provide serial number and device id you can send an update.

Serial - YX002E205401
Device ID - 568782205401
Version - 7.7.3 build 4135-16

We are also having problems with the home page and all the catch up options are blank or just not there. Hopefully an update will help as I have tried factory reset and the trusty ‘turning it on and off’

Welcome to the forum. Can I suggest you post those serial/device IDs again in the following thread as that is the one @Karl-F from the NOW TV team is monitoring.

The blank options on the homescreen is likely to be a different issue, try rebooting your broadband router and try a forced software update to see if it helps-
 
Press Home on the remote to take you to the home screen. Then do the following sequence on your remote quickly and smoothly
Home (x5) FF (x3) REW (x2)
 
If done correctly a Secret Screen will appear (if it doesn't, press Home to go back to the start and then try again). Choose Update software and allow it to run (even if it reports the same version as you already have).
