channels always stop

i have this box plugged into the upstairs telly which is like a family room. the inactivity after 4 hrs is switched off and i would like it just to stream all the time. usually when i go back too it the box has either changed back to the home screen or onto the live tv selection screen.

I just want it to stay on sky one all the time due to children and wife being too lazy to learn how to operate it. i do not have a metered internet connection so it is not a problem to stay streaming continuosly. can this be done ?

@Anonymous User To be honest, I'm pretty sure that has always been the case with live channels for everyone and i don't think there is a setting to change it at the moment.
