Welcome to the forum. One possibility for that error message is you are using the wrong login details or the account isn't fully setup yet. Do you have an active pass or free trial on your account, and if so are you able to watch this pass on your iPhone app?
If you can, on your iPhone open up the NOW TV app, go to the My Account screen and check what username you are signed in with, make sure this is the username you are trying on your NOW TV box.
Also, if your password has any special characters in it, try changing it to one with just letters and numbers. You can do this from the My Account > Account Details page on this website.
