Welcome to the forum. Try pushing a pin into the reset hole at the back of the box and hold in until you see the box restart then try setting the box up again.
Also make sure you're not using a VPN connection, or have made any changes to your broadband connection to make it look as if you are not in the UK or are trying to connect to a network that needs additional authentication eg university halls of residence, hotel, etc.
