Voucher won't work

When trying to sign up, our voucher won't work

@Anonymous User the codes can be tricky to read. Enter them all in uppercase and take care with "I" as it could be an uppercase i or the number 1. Also 5 and S and 0 and O.

and from there you can Contact NOW TV on Live Chat and they should be able to confirm the correct code.

My husband and I were both given NOWTV passes when we visited a Merlin attraction earlier in the year. We both have NOWTV accounts and were told even as existing customers we could use them. 

 

We have followed the instructions carefully, gone to [voucher code removed].com, entered the code carefully which then generates a code and allows us to select which pass we want, then there are two boxes one for new and one for existing. It is the next screen where the problem starts, we get the message Hmmm, we don't recognise that voucher. 

 

Both vouchers are valid until 31/12/17 - it's very frustrating that we appear unable to use them. We have even set up new accounts and get the same reply.

Are you trying to apply the two vouchers to the same type of passes on the same username account ?

 

If you have complied to the above help guide, maybe try a different internet browser when applying the code.
