Bought my box today set up the account easy but when setting up box to the tv it won't let me select English as the language, to be fair the remote is not moving anything it's working though as making noises when buttons are pressed any ideas?

It seems a bit odd that there's even a language option on the Now TV 'black' box. Anyway, there are a couple of different ways to 'reset' the box. So if you have not tried performing a 'hard reset'. And here's a link to the instructions: http://help.nowtv.com/article/Hard-Reset-NOW-TV-Box
