Resetting account details on existing box

There is problem with my account which the technical team are looking into, it’s been 4 weeks now. The last email they sent me they suggested that I set up a new account using a different email address that is not linked to the account. I am trying to reset and put it in my husbands name but don’t know how to do it. When I’ve followed the instruction given by technical team it doesn’t work. Can anyone help please.

Go back to them and get them to walk you through it. 

 

Anything we we can do will just muddy the waters.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
