Now tv and plus net

Im on plus net internet ive rang them so many time there saying theres nothing rong with my internet as its working on my phone and laptop but my now tv box isnt it dont load anything i want to watch like sports and kids someone please help if you can

I am not familiar with Plus Net or their routers and can only suggest try the basic stuff on this help article assuming you have a nowtv standard black box.

If you are using the nowtv box over wifi then make sure in the box menu settings under Network that it is showing a good wifi signal and if practically possible i would always recommend connecting the box over an Ethernet cable rather than wifi.

The only other thing too try would be to switch off the power to your router for 20 minutes to see if that makes any difference with the NowTV box.

We are with Plusnet as well and have no problems loading Nowtv. It looks like there must be something wrong with your Nowtv box.
