problem watching now tv

hi all

looking help my now TV is saying I can't watch as streaming on to many devices. only I have the password plus I've reset password and logged out of all devices and still not working. anyone any ideas

When you exit the stream how are you doing it? Are you just hitting the home button? If so this does not perform a clean exit of the stream.

You need to press back until you get to the NOW homepage.

Do you have boost?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
