New box

I've plugged the new white box in with Rca cable scart (into tc) to hdmi (now tv) there is no picture or sound how do I get it working please? The now tv box light flashes if I press buttons from remote but to just showing a blue screen no logo to start up. Thanks

@Anonymous User where did you get the cable from? You seem to be mixing terms, but guessing you have one with a headphone style jack at one end and red, yellow and white cables at the other?

Hi it's got hdmi one end and red yellow white other end which is plugged into tv and selected AV for source on tv but no picture thanks

Because they don't convert digital to analogue so wouldn't work.
