My box stops responding from remote.

Good morning. 

My Now TV box keeps freezing. Especially on the Kids section.

I use my remote to go through the options and after about 6 pushes it stops and will not move! I have used a different remote to a newer box but still no joy! 

Can anyone help with this?? 

I have reset the box too x

  • Hi, @Anonymous User Are there any other remotes in the room? unless you’re using a very old TV, the answer to that question is yes. Sometimes a button on a remote gets stuck down and floods the room with infra-red signals, which can stop a valid signal being received. So, next time it happens take all the other remotes out of the room (or just remove their batteries) and see if your NowTV box responds. If it does, it is just trial and error to find out which of the other remotes is causing the problem.
