Hi
I have just set up my children with a Kids Pass and have noticed that on the BBC content I need to put in my PIN Number, elsewhere on Now TV I have set this to be for content rated 12 and above. I am guessing that this may have something to do with a TV licence? It is a little frustrating that evey time my daughter wants to watch Mr Maker or similar I am having to enter a PIN.
Is there anyway of changing the settings so that this is not necessary?
Thanks

@Anonymous User
Welcome to the forum.
It's actually caused by a bug that NOW TV have acknowledged and they are working on a fix for this. They are hoping to update the app to fix the bug sometime this week. Once that's done you shouldn't need to keep entering the PIN again.

Thanks Andy
I know that Charlie and Lola can be a bit edgy, but I thought a PIN request was a bit extreme. Good to know it will be fixed soon.

@Anonymous User Agreed, that Charlie and Lola are practically juvenile delinquents! 😉
