free passes

I purchased a stick with 1 month entertainment /1 month movie/1 day sports.

I already have an account but was updating from an old box/which i had no current passes on.

Plugged it in ,all the passes were on offer to  redeem.i decided to redeem just the entertainment pass to begin with,tried to watch and it just asks you to pay,and now the pass as well as the other two have disapeared in the app.I cant find a contact number to help reset or explain why it wont work with the passes on it.Any help would be much appreciated.
