My broadband has been down since yesterday evening. There is automated message when calling which says Now is aware of the issue but it would be nice to know how much longer it will take? I am in Buckinghamshire. Any one else is affected? Thanks

This thread title is for the TV streaming box, not the router.
For any broadband issues you need to call the team. On the forum you won’t get any updates.
