Just got through to nowtv, saying the ourage could be up to 48 hours to get the issue resolved. They are working on it but that is all the information she can advise

I have called them and this was their answer! Might not be in right section but at least it's posted to be seen! For someone who doesn't work for nowtv you answer every post!
@Anonymous User NOW don’t own their own network and are reliant on OpenReach. Perhaps that’s all they know? 🤔
