Box one off payment?

Hi all, 

Today I called sky who were currently with to cancel everything except the broadband and phone, as we're thinking of going to now TV as much cheaper, but the agent I spoke too said that the now TV box will cost 14.99 every month and then you add your passes on top of this! Is this true? I was told the box is a one off payment and then you just pay for your passes there after...

@Anonymous User sounds like a retentions agent trying their hardest to keep you with the usual lies.

The box cost is a one off, and you only pay for passes that you want.

We wouldn't be able to raise it @4268, That would be for the customer to do if they wish ( data protection and all that)
