Box not working !

I’ve had a nowtv box since about November last year and usually had no problem with it. The last month or so it’s just buffering constantly 😕 as you can imagine it’s extremely frustrating. I have tried all the suggested actions on the now TV website such as “unplug the box” “move the box” “reset the box” etc and none of them seem to work? It seems to work very randomly and for no obvious reason, but then as soon as you come back to it the next time your back to square one ! ?

When you say that you have tried everything, have you followed all the trouble shooting steps here ?

Also, out of curisoity who is your ISP where since the recent firmware update on the nowtv boxes a couple of members on different ISP's (mainly TalkTalk and Virgin) have encountered various issues on their nowtv boxes.

This thread below is based on the nowtv smart box where members are using TalkTalk has their ISP who have encountered problems since the latest nowtv firmware update.

 

I know you are using a std nowtv black box and your issue is buffering, but maybe there is something in the thread that owners tried that might help you in your setup.
