Hi @Anonymous User and others. Does the problem with logging in mean that the other apps on box won't show? I have checked my box and have a totally blank screen. Wasn't sure if this was due to the log in issue or if something else is wrong.

Hi @4268,
Have you recently reset your box or anything, or was it switched off? It shouldn't be related, but we'll of course look into it.

Hi @Anonymous User no it wasn't. Did not want to try a reboot of it was likely to be part of problem. Reboot has worked, can now get to apps.
