Error 003

I have received my new smart box through the post and all I get is an error 003 I have tried resetting it and rebooting hub etc but nothing works! What amI meant to do with this box now?

 I have a black smart box in the lounge ,  hooked up to the TV aerial  and just wondered  if I could View terrestrial tv through the linked white box in thr bedroom?
