Skysports mobile pass samsung note 8

Why doesn't my Samsung note 8 work with skysports mobile pass.  The Samsung note 8 is a mobile phone.  Please explain.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Can't help much apart from i am assuming you are using the mobile sports pass via the Android NowTV App from the Play Store and not trying to watch any of the 5 number Sky Sports channels i.e. Premier league, Action, Arena, Racing or News with your internet browser on the nowtv website ?

Yea that's right.  I'm on the android app on a Samsung note 8 with a sky mobile pass.  Why won't it work on this device?
