App is stuck in loading, on tablet and phone

Hi

I am having trouble loading the app, it is just stuck on the start screen with the coloured bubbles spinning, my account is working on my desktop, and playing fine, but my table and phone aren't, could someone please advise so i can do my GOT catch up please

Have you tried some of the basic stuff, such has temporary powering off both your Router and Phone / Tablet to see if that makes a difference ?

Or if the above doesn't work try deleting the NowTV App off your device and re install the NowTV App from your phone / tablet Apps Store.
