Error code 72

I keep getting error code 72.

But this only occurs with sky sports cricket- all other channels I can watch- and occurs on both mobile and tablet.

I have cleared all caches, uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same same issue.

Any clue on this issue?

Error 72 and Error 20001 are starting to pop up on Android mobile devices when using the NOW App.

Not sure about a solution, but I would try a full power down on your phone and tablet and give it 5 minutes before you restart it.

Also I was given some instructions by a NOW Team Staff Member with regards to error 20001 to go into the Android mobile settings under Accounts (not Manage Apps) and to see you can find the NOW Account (on my Samsung Android Tablet it was under Accounts & Cloud and on my Sony Android phone it was found under Accounts & Sync) and remove the NOW Account information.

Then go into Manage Apps and clear cache on the NOW App, then uninstall the NOW App, then download a fresh NOW App from the Google Play Store then sign back into the NOW App.

I doubt this will work, but worth a try anyway.

Otherwise see if NOW live chat can assist further with error code 72.
