Error 20001

Whenever I open the NOW app it says error 20001. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled, as soon as I accept the cookies the error appears. I have restarted my phone. I don't have a vpn on this device and its above android 5 its android 13. I'm not sure what else to do, can anyone help? Tia

What about using just your phone data?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi @Abi1 

There has been quite a few reports about error 20001 on the NOW App using Android mobile recently.

I was given these instructions by a NOW Staff member in this linked thread below.

They didn't work for me, but worth trying anyway.
