Error code 20001

Hi,I'm running now TV on a Galaxy Tab4 was working fine up until around 48 hrs ago,now constantly getting error code 20001 and won't run at all,I have messaged support and am assured they are working on it as quickly as possible .I have uninstalled the app numerous times and reset my internet as well.All with no joy was wondering if anybody has experienced it,and knows how to fix.

Try turning off Private Relay.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

There is a newer NOW App version for Android Mobile devices on the Google Play Store.

Might be worth a try if you are encountering error code 20001.

It didn't work for me, where my Amazon Tablet error code has changed from 20001 previously to 20024 since updating the App.
