Upgraded to Sky Sports via the NOW App to watch Ashes, Golf, F1.
It worked for one day but hasn't worked since mid-Monday, so couldn't watch last 2 days of Ashes.
Only get this message, 'Something's gone wrong - Error code 20001'.
Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, several times. Powered phone off and on several times.
No help from NOW Support. It is impossible to access their online chat. No-one ever answers!
Can anyone help please.
I'm using a Motorola Edge 20 Lite 5G 128GB Phone, Android version 12.

12 days now with no access to the app - Error Code 20001 every time - have contacted online chat 6 times - keep being fobbed off with the technical team is looking to fix it, and that is has been highlighted as a concern, and escalated, and someone will email, but nothing has happened for 12 days - i have no confidence this will ever get fixed

Did this ever get fixed? Mine has been 2 weeks now, absolutely ridiculous

Did you ever report it with staff?
If you didn’t then NOW wouldn’t know to work on it.

Yes, probably 5 times now. Never a straight answer. Have been told I will be emailed, never happened. Have done all the fixes: beta version, clear cache and data. Nothing works and they don't seem to care.
