Device limit reached

Hi all, 

 I’m having trouble with a error message saying device limit reached. I had 1 iPhone 2 iPads and 1 Xbox one working with now tv and have not had any problems until today. Yesterday I found out that I could  cast now tv from a iPad to my tv so proceeded to try to do this and got the message saying to many devices are being used.

This made me go to my account and remove the I phone which was on the account thus letting me cast to my tv from my iPad which worked great. There was a message say I could only swop once a month which I was fine with as I don’t use the phone anyway. 

The problem is now my iPad does not work and give the message device limit reached. The iPad worked fine last night after I remove the phone so I’m unsure what the problem is and would not like to wait a month before it works or can be logged onto now tv again. Has anyone else had this problem and knows Settlehow to fix it .

Could be that one of your devices has had a software update, which has confused the NowTV Device software system.

Jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices, then once reset play some nowtv content on up to the 4 devices you want to re register again against your account.

Jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices, then once reset play some nowtv content on up to the 4 devices you want to re register again against your account.
