Device limit issues

I have a new Sony Xperia Z5 and have installed the latest version of Now TV app. I removed some redundant devices out of the settings and tried to play video on my Z5 but received the error of maximum number of device registrations exceeded for the month.

I only have my Z5 and PS3 with Now TV so how can I have exceeded my limit when it is set to 4 devices. Can you reset my limit to allow me to watch the service through my phone once again as it's very frustrating when I didn't register any devices simply removed old ones from the list.

Suggest contacting NowTV live chat, hopefully they can sort you out.

Hi I am having problems connecting to google chromecast from my smartphone. It works fine off my phone but every time I try connect to chromecast a message pops up saying I have reached my device limit. I went to manage my device limit an it tells me I have to wait till the 1st of May to add another device. Would appreciate some help on how to remove this restriction before the 1st of May.

My son has add two devises and now i am unable to watch on either my own phone or laptop. There is currently only 2 devises registered. Is there any way to reset and start again or do i need to cancel my account and set up knew account

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  You can remove as many devices as you want, but can only add one per calendar month see here http://help.nowtv.com/article/Device-limit-reached

 

It may be worth having a word with Live Chat to see if anything can be done in this case.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

jUST NOW THE MESSSAGE SAYS THAT i HAVE REACH MY MONTLY LIMIT OF ADDING A NEW DEVICE. I HAVE WATCHED SOMETHING ON THE SAME DEVICE 3 HOURS AGAO AND I WAS FINE. i NEED TO WATCH THE GAME OF THRONES TOMORROW!!!!!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  You can remove as many devices as you like, but can only add one device from the 1st day of each calendar month. Here's a help link to the help guide http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices

 

I'd suggest contacting Live Chat.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.
