Hello
For some reason in the last two days I have been unable to watch on our home computer and my own laptop. For both is says only on registered devices. These devices are both registered though! What should I do? (My mobile still works but obviously prefer the 'big' screen).

@Anonymous User it seems to happen when a software update makes the device look new. Pop on to chat and they can help sort it. Keep them on while you check both are working please contact Now chat via this link
