I have a Lenovo 10 with Android 12. Whoever I click on download either TV show or Film the app restarts going back to home page. I have only just signed up yesterday to be able to watch stuff while away. We are going away tomorrow!
I have:
Removed app and re installed.
Check time is correct in app and tablet.
Emptied cache and cookies.
Checked there is plenty of space on tablet.
restarted router, tablet and app by signing out and back in and doing a forcestop.
Advised by help support to log out of all devices and restart which I did.
Now at a loss. I cannot afford to replace my tablet and get a different one just for nowt. Do I go back to Netflix?
Any ideas before I quit?
