If you're having trouble signing into the NOW TV app on your Android device and you have reset your password, please let us know the error you are having here.

Can you tell us if you are currently inside the UK? if you're currently traveling outside the UK you'll not be able to log in to NOW TV as you need to be in the UK to watch our content.

Hi Karl. Whenever I am trying to log on to my android device I am getting the "incorrect sign in" message.

I have tried resetting my password but I am still getting the same message. I am in the UK and my broadband provider is SKY. Thanks
