Can you tell us if you are currently inside the UK? if you're currently traveling outside the UK you'll not be able to log in to NOW TV as you need to be in the UK to watch our content.

Sorry for late response, I was outside the UK in America at the time. I
realised after reading all the other comments it might be the case.

Hi Karl. Whenever I am trying to log on to my android device I am getting the "incorrect sign in" message.

I have tried resetting my password but I am still getting the same message. I am in the UK and my broadband provider is SKY. Thanks
