Just purchased a LG TV and have set up user name etc from a reasonably long standing Now TV account previously via a Now TV box . As we had an entertainment pass we were able to access Sky Sports news HQ . Alas this option does not appear to be available via our TV. Why? Do we need a software update? Very disappointed as we chose LG TV because Now TV is available and we will not have enough HDMI ports to run a Now TV box!
