My kids pass has been suspended because now tv tried to take payment but money wasn't there because I hadn't updated card details. The problem is the payment isn't due to be taken until 17th August. Now i can't cancel my pass until they can take payment. I've now updated my card details but that means I'm gonna end up paying for something I don't want and won't be watching. Any ideas please.
