Kids pass

I have nowtv downloaded on both xbox one and a xbox 360 but on the xbox 360 the kids section isnt there and i jus purchased kids pass so they can watch in there room. Why isnt it coming up?

Unfortunately the Kids Pass is not supported on a Xbox 360 (see link below for further details).

My kids pass payment has gone through and out the bank but it us saying I need to buy it?  Its on auto. I have tried to message and it just keeps reloading page and live chats not available. Its been 3 days since it was paid, shows it on bill history and on bank but saying on my account I still need to buy?
