Cannot buy kids pass in stores?

Hi, 

 

I cannot seem to be able to purchase kids passes in high street stores? I often buy passes in PC World as they run instore promos often and its cheaper than paying monthly online. However the stores just don't have stock of kids passes. Why is this?

Why don't you buy kids pass from eBay , which you get 4 month kids pass for £10.
