Box isn't working

Hi I've got an account and havnt used my box for a few days as my wifi wasn't working but now it's up and running again, basically my box is now asking me to log in and I'm trying but it's saying that it can't be recognised. Thanks

Welcome to the Forum, Can you tell us 1st if you are still having this issue? And 2nd are you getting the error when you sign in or when you load the box up? If its when you go to sign in are you using an email address or your username directly. Also can you log into other devices with these details? I look foward to your reply 🙂
