i'm not exactly sure where to post this but i have the entertainment pack so i figured this would be a start. i was trying to watch now tv on my xbox one and kept getting a dhcp error, i looked at some fixes for that but nothing worked. I then tried to watch on the windows app and it keeps telling me there is a problem and i cant log in. But i can log into my account on the browser. I'm really not sure what to do other than cancel my account.

Are you using the Xbox Preview programme on your Xbox One device ?

If so Microsoft have identified a bug in their preview programme software and are currently in the process of fixing it (see post link here from the nowtv team).

I was but i opted to leave it as it was the previous owner that signed the xbox up to it. I'll have to check again.

In the short term until Microsoft fixes the issue their end, have you got any other devices to watch nowtv on from the list of supported devices .

The windows app doesn't work either. It won't let me sign in, there doesnt appear to be a amazon firestick app.
