How do I get a refund

Hi there. I signed up for a trial at the beginning of the year, but didn't realise it would charge me £6.99 on an ongoing basis. I haven't used the service since May as I assumed it had terminated at the end of the trial. You can see this by checking my account activity I am sure.

i saw on my credit card bill that in fact I have been charged every month since May for a service I haven't used once, am I able to get a refund on this please?

@Anonymous User whilst it does tell you both in adverts and when you sign up you will be charged. Several people have not noticed.  If you have not used the service, the Now team will at their discretion arrange a refund. please contact Now chat via this link
