Programmes not working

I've signed up for the free trial and have been able to watch programmes without a problem so far. However, after turning it back on and choosing a programme all I get is a black screen, no error message or anything else, just a whole lot of nothing! All the functions work so I can fast forward, rewind and pause, but no picture. There is nothing in the 'Help' menue which covers this problem so is there anyone else who has had this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it? Many thanks.

Assuming you're not outside your 14 day (?) trial period, you may need to reset your device; you don't say which device you're watching on.

If it's the small square NOWTV box, look for small pin hole, and insert paper clip & hold in for a few seconds.
