Now tv sound issues

My now tv box works alongside my tv in bedroom but there is no sound when connected to tv in living room, I have taken all cables out an also done a factory reset an have tried different HDMI ports but nothing, only the picture is coming up but as I said when hooked up to tv in bedroom it works fine, the tv in living room is only a year old

On the homescreen, go to Settings > Audio and change the audio mode from Auto to stereo to see if that helps.

Is it a TV with a NOWTV app available ie LG or Samsung?

The NOW TV app is available on some LG TV's and Samsung TV's depending on the model and make.
