Greys anatomy season 12 episode 4

The mrs has just tried to watch the latest episode but there is no sound?? Anyone else found this. And yes the tvs not muted.

Hi there, I have the white now tv box. All the other episodes seem to work fine.

Thanks for posting.

We've just tested this on our white box and it seems to play with out an issue. 

Can you try playing it again from the search rather than MY TV if you're loading it that way.

Let us know if it still happens and we'll get it looked into.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried to play the episode a few times, and restarted the box but still no sound on just this one episode...

I've tried again and I'm on a different device (xBox One) and the episode is still playing with no sound.

Sorry to hear that you're getting no sound on Greys Anatomy.

I've tried the same episode on our Xbox One and we're getting sound.

Are you running off of a speaker sound system or the TV speakers? Also, do you only get this issue with this particular episode or do others play okay?
