Email Incorrect

I have been sent an email this afternoon 'claiming' that I have not used my "Now TV" box for the last 3 months.

 

This bewilders me, as I am using the box most days, and paying for an 'entertainment' pass each month (last payment taken 21st September 2016)

 

Why am I now being told this subscription isn't being used ?!

Sorry for any confusion! Hopefully we can clear things up.

 

Did you receive the email to the same address that's on the account you're using to post this?

I ask because those types of emails tend to go to customers who might have more than one account.

Hi Jason,

 

Many thanks for your query - made me double-check my set-up!

 

My 'usual' email address is with PlusNet, but my NowTV correspondence uses a SKY address which I never use except for NowTV stuff (..I'd almost forgotten it even existed, never mind monitor it !!)

 

Will check this mailbox now - thank you again for taking the time and trouble to respond !!
