Hello
Absolutely disgusted with this. I would not have subscribed for 6 months via the now tv website had the kids channels not been included.
Now 4 weeks in and no kids channels.
I am a new customer to Now TV but at this rate I will not be returning when the subscription runs out, there was no mention of this when I purchased the pass,
No i have not received an email offering access for the remainder of my pass, just one offering for me to add it on at an extra £2.99 a month

May I suggest that you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'live chat' facility and explain your situation. They're usually pretty quick at resolving such things 😉
The easiest way of contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
