KIDS PASS XBOX 360

I have 3 xbox 360's for my children and since the introduction of the kids pass we have not been able to access KIDS TV. Compensation of the KIDS PASS for 4 months, free, is ridiculuous as my children cannot access it. I have contacted NOW TV by chat and email (twice) but still had no response. Is there any way round this?

Thanks for posting.

 

Unfortunately due compatibility issues with the xbox 360 the kids pass is not available on this device as stated here. 

 

However, we will be dealing with this accordingly please keep an eye on your emails for updates.
