Cannot cancel package

Hello my free trail is now up and everytime (for the last 4 weeks) i try and cancel it. It just loads and loads for hour and still doesn't cancel. Please help.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.   What device are you using to access the page?  It's best to use a PC/Mac. 

 

If the problem persists, please contact Live Chat & they'll sort it for you.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight).
