Can't access Entertainment Pass

I received an entertainment pass with my phone contract through Vodafone, however it no longer seems to recognise that we even entered a voucher, let alone activated it - it should last from May of this year to May of 2019. We called Vodfone and they said everything was fine on their end and they said to contact you. Please help.
