I DONT SEEM TO HAVE ANY PASSES TO CANCEL YET I AM BEING CHARGED??? I HAVE NEVER BEEN ON A WEBSITE THAT IS SO UNHELPFUL WHEN IT COMES TO CANCELLING AN ACCOUNT! ???

If you do have a second account. You need to find it and cancel the passes on that account. NowTV can help you find the account to speak to live chat click the link I gave you above. Then scroll down to the bottom of the article. Click the contact us button and then click live chat.
